Brian Gensch

A Wichita native, Brian and his family have been in the oil and gas industry for more than four generations. He understands entrepreneurs and specializes in customizing portfolios to manage their appetite for risk vs. return while maintaining the objectives of wealth accumulation and preservation. Brian’s independence from proprietary investment products allows him to offer unbiased and objective advice. His experience includes creating non-traditional portfolios that work towards reducing overall market volatility while pursuing growth of his client's overall wealth.

As a CFP® Professional, Brian has committed to meet the standard of excellence for competent and ethical personal financial planning. Brian received his undergraduate degree in business finance from Wichita State University and holds his Series 7 and Series 66 securities registrations as well as his life, health and disability license in multiple states. He has earned a masters degree in family financial planning through Kansas State University. Through his education and experience, Brian has become his clients’ trusted advisor, working with other AGH Wealth Management advisors to deliver comprehensive planning.

Todd Richardson

Corporate Finance Services

Todd Richardson leads AGH’s M&A and corporate finance services team. He works with family-owned and closely held entrepreneurial businesses which are developing exit strategies and undergoing ownership transitions. His practice includes advising on ownership transitions, including management-led buy-outs, transfers of ownership to the next family generation, sales of business operations to third parties, sales to employee stock ownership plans, and other exit strategies. In addition, Richardson will also provide buy-side advice to those who are actively acquiring businesses or seeking financing for organic growth.

Richardson is a certified public accountant with more than 25 years of accounting and finance experience. He worked in the acquisitions group for a company making 20-25 acquisitions a year. His work experience also includes international public accounting and the manufacturing, retail, hospitality and commercial real estate industries. His past and current community involvement includes Junior Achievement, Youth Horizons and Love Wichita, and he was named a Wichita Business Journal CFO Award honoree in 2014. Richardson earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Washburn University.

Daniel White
Organizational Development Consultant,
Organizational Development & Family Business Services

Daniel White assists organizations with their organizational development needs, including strategic and operational planning, leadership development, and employee engagement efforts. He has worked with a wide range of industries, including construction, healthcare, manufacturing, banking, not-for-profits, and government organizations. He has also worked internationally as an organizational development consultant, serving organizations in Bolivia, Guatemala and Ghana.

Prior to advising organizations, Daniel worked in not-for-profit leadership and operations, directing projects with clients such as the US Department of State and the United Nations Population Fund. He has been published in Fast Company and several academic journals, and has presented at a number of national conferences.

Daniel is a certified facilitator of Appreciation at Work™ and of the Hay Group’s Emotional and Social Competency Inventory.
