Carrie Cox is a senior organizational development consultant for AGH Employer Solutions’ organizational development and family business services group. Carrie has experience in a variety of human resource functions, including a thorough knowledge of labor laws, compensation structures, employee classification, benefits administration, performance management, and human resource best practices. She has served clients in a number of industries including manufacturing, construction, banking, government, and not-for-profits.

Carrie graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in biology. She is a member of the national and local chapters of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and has earned the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential. Additionally, she is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the Human Resource Certification Institute, and is a certified practitioner for the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®.
