Business decision-making

In the hustle and bustle of today’s business environment, it is imperative for leaders to make smart decisions quickly and help others thrive by instilling confidence in them. Making a wrong decision and correcting course is not what kills organizations, but not making decisions or making them too slowly can. Slow decisions cost time and money. They can cause you to miss a window of opportunity, impact relationships and destroy confidence in leadership.

What you'll learn

  • Take the right approach when making decisions with a group.
  • Get yourself moving again if you find yourself waffling.
  • Weigh incoming and sometimes overwhelming amounts of information quickly and effectively.

Who should attend?

  • Business owners
  • CEOs and executives
  • Managers
